Name: Jonathan Richardson Location: Lenexa, KS 66215 Gender: Male Age: 25 Occupation: Telecommunications
About:
I was raised with a work ethic of always putting forth 110 percent with everything I do in life. I am a follower of Christ and have a lot of friends. I love to work on my truck and help others with working on their vehicles. If there is a car show around I am usually at it. I am also a SGT in the US Army Reserves and have been in since December 2003. I plan on being in until I reach my 20 years of service. I just got back from my tour overseas in the desert this past August. My favorite car is the 1969 Chevy Camaro SS however, in 2009 I plan on getting the 2010 Chevy Camaro SS with a manual tranny. Sprint is my current employer and has been since September 2006.
Mission Statement:
We as a team will always work together to get through difficult times in the race. Team has a lot to do with LDRSHIP which = Loyalty, Duty, Respect, Selfless Service, Honor, Integrity, and Personal Courage. While that is an Army accronym it is still used in teams of all sorts. The only way for us to win the race is to work together!!!
About My Team:
The team consists of myself and my cousin. We have been extremely close since we were kids. My dad is his mom's brother and our entire family is very close. As kids we were taught that family sticks with family which is why we are as close as we are.

My Biggest Strength:
My biggest strength as the driver is that I have been driving since I was 6 years old. Started out driving on a farm and my driving ability grew from there. I am also in the US Army Reserves and know what it takes to reach the top. There have been times where I wasn't able to sleep for 48 hours and I was able to hang in there and make it through. My teammate's biggest strength is that he is very good with directions and knows how to read a map like no other. He is extremely smart and I know that he will guide us through the tough challenges that we will face. |
