I am a 30 year old that is going on 16. Soon to be a father of one and proud husband to a woman that tolerates my craziness. I love to laugh and have a good time without getting stupid(other than the occasional streaking.) I have a low tolerance for douchebags and idiots but a high tolerance for interesting people. I am a Volkswagen nut and can be a little blinded by my love (so says my wife) but am learning to appreciate some fine non-Euro cars...except Fords...and Hondas...ok so Nissan/Datsun is the only non-Euro company I like. On the subject of classic muscle cars I think that anything domestic after 1971 is a joke. Much respect for the OG's of the driving world. Now you know a little about me. Shoot me a line sometime and I will likely talk your ear off!

About My Team:

Earl and I have been good friends for about a year now and he constantly wins me over with his knowledge of cars in general and VW's in specific.  We love to have a good time and if you can get us to talk about anything other than cars then its a cold day in a hot place.  We have our little differences (poo on 1/4 miles!) but that just makes the coversation more fun!  The team name comes from Earl's shop in Tacoma,  Mouse Meat Inc, a Volkswagen specialty garage. I know its a crazy name for a shop but the whole story is written out at www.mousemeatinc.com. So check it out over there.  Yes that's a shameless plug for his shop.  No he didn't pay me to do it...I just have no shame.

The .:R32 is one of 5,000 in North America and one of only 10,000 in the world.  It's an AWD Wunderkind.  It has the handling characteristics of a FWD but the stability and surefootedness of AWD when it id needed.  The car is almost ALL powerband but my record Fuel Economy is 34mpg (downhill...tailwind...blah blah blah.)  I spent 2 and a half years searching for one and I plan on driving it until it is dust, and then I will buy another one!  It is the only car I have ever driven to put a smile on my face just by turning it over.  This is one car you gotta drive to believe!
