About how Bullrun has changed my life. I know that sounds corny as all hell, but I really had some time to think about it. There was a time I would have never EVER went into NYC, but Bullrun made me do it. There was a time I'd NEVER went on a cruise much less rented a condo with people I met on the internet, and barley knew, but Bullrun made me do it. I NEVER thought, or dreamed I'd drive on Rt 66, but Bullrun is GONNA make me do it. I never thought I'd be actually be trying to get on a TV show of any kind, much less a reality show, but HOPEFULLY, Bullrun is gonna make me do it.
And all this started several months ago when someone named RacerTCI PM'd me about the possibility of a fan cruise from NYC to Ocean City on the start of Bullrun. I thought no way in hell am I gonna go to NYC for anything, at all. But then I remember all the excitment, especially from Aaron, and Mike, and I thought, well, lets try it. To make a long story short, (too late, i know,) it was the best time I've ever had, and would do it over, and over, and over, and over again. Bullrun has really made me open up, and try new things beyond what I already knew, (which was alcohol, Jeeps, and 4 wheeling.) So, with all that being said, thanks Tony, for getting me into this, I'm forever addicted, and I'll be at as many functions Bullrun puts on as I can be, or as I am invited to anyway.
Haha, this is adifferent side of me. lol. I usually just come on here to joke around, and talk about cars. I wanted to share it though. Thought maybe ya'll might have some similar thoughts.

Don't worry there will be more to come next spring and summer and then we REALLY get you out of your shell. The route 66 deal could be EPIC.

I am right there with you Rebel I think of this place as a second family for me, and it is the most dysfunctional one you will ever know but reguarless all us Regs on here feel this way, (I hope) and I cant wait for Jan and Feb...

I look forward to Rt 66. I really do. I was gonna ask if you were considering doing that. And I'll work on the snoring. I knew i snored, but I didn't think it was THAT bad. lol
Also, I forgot to add, the fans that were on the cruise with me knew about it, but my boss at the time had gotten tossed in the clink the day BEFORE I went to NYC for Bullrun. I thought there was no way I was gonna make it, because he owed me money, and the car I was driving was one of the company's vehicles. I can't go too in depth with what happened on that front, but it was a disaster. I was on the phone with Tony and Brian, and they both kinda hleped me through it. My plan was gonna be to meet them in Dover, DE at the 2nd to last stop, but at the last second, I decided to head to NYC. I said the hell with it. If your gonna do it, do it right. SO I also owe thanks again to Tony, and also Brian.
To this day though, I wish I'd have driven my military truck though. I think that would have been more fun, 55MPH top speed or not. Even though the throttle never would have stuck, and Mike wouldn't have found out just how much power that Thunderbird had...

I totally hear what your saying. I pretty much said I'd never go to Canada, yet I did. I'm puttin all my vacation days into everything Bullrun from now on. I'm goin to spend all my money and time on the Challenger and for every opportunity to cruise with everyone I can from here. Canada was a blast, I know the west coast will be as much if not more fun. Route 66 will be epic if we can get everyone from all over to join up... It would be awesome if we could get over 50 cars together, decaled up, in Austin, TX.
Some of my local freind are kinda annoyed with me cause all I talk anymore is BR and the people on here. This is one hell of a fun and disfunctional fam. Some of my freinds are jealous that I'm going to do all theses roadtrips and wish they could come with. A few are coming with on the 66 run. I know some will get hooked(like Stacey).

Look at my post count and know Bullrun is taking over my life. Everything Chris said is true for me too. That trip to NYC was one of the greatest experiences in my life.
I will mot likely be getting engaged and buy a house in the coming year, YET, I am still setting aside some cash monthly for what every trip I do next summer. The route 66 (probably not), the starting line for 2010? or the 2nd annual fan cruise east coast?

I can see the Mach 1 anytime, (or at least anytime I'm invited.) lol. I know where the owner lives.
And I look forward to the East coast fan cruise to. Wasn't sure if there was gonna be one this year.
I think that's because we both have a love for diesel engines Wicked. But I'm pretty sure I'll have an empty seat for the cruises if anyone wants to fly to PA, and then ride along. Split hotel room prices & such. lol.
