"Eh?" is a very important part of your vocabulary, and is more polite than, "Huh?"

You design your Halloween costume to fit over a snowsuit.

You know that the last letter of the English alphabet is always pronounced "Zed".

Your local newspaper covers national news on 2 pages, but requires 6 pages for hockey.

You know that the four seasons mean: almost winter, winter, still winter, and road work.

You know that when it's 25 degrees outside, it's a warm day.

You are in grade 12, not the 12th grade.

no, those were true.  I've personally observed the 'Grandpa' Limiter attached to the cars.

The metric system makes more sense though. 10 milimeters is a centimeter, 100 centimeters is a meter, 1000 meters is a kilometer etc.

The temperature scale in Canada makes more sense too; freeaing point is 0 degeees Celcuis, and boiling point is 100 degrees celcius. Most of the woorld uses the Metric system, it's just the USA and a few other countries that don't.

I don't mean to insult anyone here, and I hope nobody takes offence to this. Though the Canadian flag has a maple leaf, the American flag is just stars and stripes (in my opinion it is less symbolic) But I guess your national symbol is actually the eagle.

Most of those "Canadian Stereotypes" are true in many cases. Especially the hockey in the newspaper one, and to some extent, the whole idea of saying "eh?"

In the movie Men in Black, "agent Z" is pronounced "Zed", maybe it's a reference to the Canadiian pronounciation (it's actually the British pronounciation because Canada was colonized by the British.)

I'm Canadian and proud, Mike is not the only Canadian on this website.
