I wonder if there is a 300zx or 350 that made it this round.. John was sounding like we had a good chance when we talked. Then I heard nothing.  If there isn't i'd think that one of us Z drivers has a good chance for S4.

I think you could make season 3 if they don't have a Z car in this season. The Bus is going to do fine. If the motor was built right. The brakes must have been upgraded. Still it is going to handle like a pig in any road course challenges. That is going to be its weak spot.

Well, I guess I have to whoot whoot for the VW even if it took my chance at ever running this event..

Ya I know that John got fired. I'm assuming that it was for making too many people get their hopes up lol.

I would think that two classic VW cars in the run wouldn't help add new viewers... There are a ton of great cars on the pick list and it would be a while before they dip into the VW bin again....

Just my thoughts. But thanks for the props.. At least we get to see a few cars get tea bagged by a 67? Micro Bus! I think I've seen that bus before? Can't put my finger on it.

Wanted to tell you bout the Bus Aaron, but the rules said I couldn't. I will say the guys are top notch, and that thing moved for a Bus. At least with a real commercial I can "almost" talk about stuff lol. You guys have no idea what this season is in store for.....

I would. I'd have a website up telling about preparation and everything you can talk to about up until you started the run. Then as they air I'd update the site with ifo about each episode and your thoughts about each show. And don't forget lots of pictures (I hope you brought a camera with you).

Post the videos on youtube and embed them in the site. You can get a lot of publicity and opportunities from that. I can help ya out with a site if you need. I have plenty of free time lately and I don't mind doing it.

I know you would have if you could have. I hope it did a good job. That bus is great I've seen it before the motor is a type 4 and that isn't a  grandma's motor. Not one hippy would even get within 2 miles of that much HP.. I'm going to enjoy the bus stomping around the country. People are going to see what 40 years of racing DNA are cappable of. And its a bus that is going to sckool um!

We have found out just what happened to  the "JOHN" (SPIKE TV - Sabatour) 

I have just found that one of the Producers filmed the whole thing. John was looking at porn on the internet while pranking teams and getting their hopes up. While trying to destroy SEASON 2 on SPEED... They caught up to him at his home in LA. 

Now that is funny...
