today i was on my way back to my girlfriend's house from Volo Car museum in Volo illinois. We were heading back to Naperville Illinois. and im driving along on the highway and this black audi qruatro 4 comes flying up to me. We hit a stop light. i look over and i couldnt see into the tinted windows. As the window begins to go down , i see who is driving. It is Chuck Aguilar, The Driver of the Team BMW from season 1 . ( the bmw was a 2001 M3 in season 1 ) . Know i was in my black 2000 trans am at the time. which i have two small bullrun sheilds on the car. So that must have caught his eye. he asks me, what season of bullrun were you on ? i start laughing. I said to him, nah, im just a huge fan that went to the rally in new york . he said cool. and then we kind of sped off and went our different ways.
and my girlfriend jessica is sitting passanger seat, And i had to explain to her who he was.
but im off to myspace to try and find him , maybe i could hang out with him some weekend. I know he lives around chicago, but maybe he lives closer to my girlfriend in naperville.

Very cool! Too bad you guys couldn't have just pulled over and talked for a bit. I guess the Bullrun shield is universally recognized by car guys. I'll bet that there are a lot more people who you passed on the road who noticed the shields and immedietly thought of Bullrun. So he was driving an Audi? I wonder what happened to the M3? Did he sell it? Does he still have it? Are the stickers still on it?

im not sure what is the status of the BMW M3, but i did notice that this Audi had a Dealer Liscence Plate frame that said MIKE RAISER IMPORTS.
now if you dont know what the MIKE RAISER dealership is, Well thats mike alsop's dealership.
so mike must have hooked him up with a good deal !

Come to think of it, you're right. JR was the primary driver and he mentioned multiple times that the car was his baby, and he put all of his money into it. JR was a wee bit upset when he did that burnout after the challenge in Alameda Naval Station in California. He threw the keys to the ground and said "I'm done, it's over."

I don't think there was a meet and greet for Season 2. I think there needs to be a meet and greet this summer for Season 1 - 3.

There needs to be a meet and greet for Season 3! I have never met any Bullrun contestants before apart from Mike Musto (Mr. Angry).
Team Solstice and VW made an effort to do a meet and greet at Cars and Coffee in Vegas about half way through the season while it was airing on SPEED. They held an event and invited everyone to come and meet them.
