Is there an official off topic section?

I had a question about getting people's facebook info (just set up a new account for Team NSX) but I didn't know where to post the question at? It seems every topic in every section goes off topic, but I thought I'd be sure before I post up looking to add some facebook peeps. Am I just blind and can't see it?

There isn't an off-topic area. Mostly every thread goes in general or reality TV.

I know, but most forums try to separate off topic from legit conversation. Eh... oh well.

The off-topic section here is the general discussion forum. That's where all the off topic stuff has gone in the past, and that's where it should go. The reality TV section is for Reality TV discussion, not random, off-topic discussion.

I suppose, although the general discussion says for Bullrun related topics and the reality tv section seems like it's supposed to be dedicated to season 2 talk only. When was the last time new sections were created?
