Maybee the 8 degree head job. or the coldair intake, or maybee the full exuast........ I'm not sure.... But its great to be side by side the same truck, blow his doors off, then show the goods!!!!!! Thats the best part!!!!!!
I'd have to say that the drilled and slotted rotors are my favorite. With ceramic pads there is a lot of stopping power and I can stop in half of the distance as with stock rotors and pads.
The aluminum drive shaft and flywheel made a big difference as well. You really notice the lift of strain on the engine and it revs faster
The cold air intake, exhaust combo is nice and mixed with the ECU tuning it's a nice set of mods. Lifted the rev limiter from 6500 to 7300 rpms in turn making top speed 180 instead of 155. Remapped the air/fuel map for a nice little boost in power and a couple of other "tweaks".
Adjustable shocks are great as well. You really notice it in the corners.
I'd have to say.....well, since it IS a CLONE....everything that didn't come with it when i got it. That includes the Eaton blower, the 30-lb. injectors, the body kit, the wheels (which are being refinished as we speak), all of the suspension mods. I kknow this is probably supposed to be about only ONE mod, but it took everything to really make it come together ;)

Nitrous Oxide, Belive it or not. Not the best for the car , or the most expensive or important , but its by far my favorite just because its so damned funny to see a yugo rippin down the highway and crank the No2 to push 90[ish] mph

Ive been trying for ages to upload a video but there is always something that goes wrong with either the way i upload it or the video itself. Wait intill the next seasons casting starts I still have my old audition tape , but ill probly have to update it since im thinking or re-doing the paint and interior along with a few along small things like upgrading and/or updating flywheels and stuff like that. Worn out parts need to get changed. Been a while since ive touched her on the insides.
You've got 9 tunes to choose from, then you can go in and invididually edit about 4 parameters for each tune 4 or 5 different ways.. With this single programmer you can build a very large amount of different tunes.
I don't even like driving my truck without it. The bottom end throttle response is wicked. I've driven an automatic without the programmer, and it wasn't bad.. But I just about won't drive a manual transmission truck without a Smarty.
I know the addition I use the most is the stereo. It isn't anything special, but I love having satelite radio and the ability to hook my iphone up to it. Have lots and lots of music for those long rides!
For this monte, so far it's the cold air intake - just cuz my car sounds like a vacuum when the sc starts suckin air through a 360 degree air filter. The new pirellis I got on her rock pretty hard too.

On my other monte, def the JVC cd deck with ipod interface, shark power cap, 10" 300W JL Audio sub, 2X JVC 6X9" triple range deck speakers, 2XJVC 6.5" triple range door speakers, 2X3" JVC tweeters, and a 350W 4 channel bridged MTX Blue Thunder Series amp. If only I'd known that I should have bought it an engine that, like, RUNS, instead...
