I wish I lived in the states again. For one major reason. The auto parts stores here in Canada SUCK, we can't just simply walk in a get what ever and if they can get the parts we need, they have to yes, you guessed it. Order them from the states. Well most stuff any ways. Here you can't walk into a parts store and just simply buy even header bolts. Nope you got to order them.

When I lived In Tulsa OK I could almost just walk into a gas station and buy a fuel cell, well not really but pretty close.

Any other Canadians feel the same??????????????????????????????????????????

I may not live in canada, but living in a smaller town, i have had similar experiences, i often have to go to other towns nearby for parts that should be on the shelf. Driving an svt doesnt help, but luckily there are some good online places and i used to work in a parts store so i know how to navigate their b.s.,

We don't want you back!

Stay in Canada!

I kidd, I kidd, all the parts are remaned in some sweat shop in Asia anyway. Plus why not just order stuff online?

Guess it depends who you know and whee you live in the great white up north.

The "performance" shop around me suck ass... 90% of the stuff is S.O., hell i couldnt find a fuel pressure gauge, and 2 of the speed shops i walked into had not idea what an AN fitting was... as far as OEM parts go Partsource isnt too bad.... About the same selection as Autozone, but i still buy most of my stuff stateside whenever possible

Really, well even still,  U.S.  $189 for a flywheel, here $435. But yeah I guess you can't please every one, I was possibly in a good location for auto performance.

I moved back Canada cause that is where I am from.

I remember when I could walk in for a kit for an Edelbrock 1406 and walk out with one too. Nope not now, I have called every part store around, No one, absolutly no one has one. On the most part the majority of the stores don't stock Carb parts. Thanks to the fuel injection, But it's just not right. I say Keep the most popular of the after market kits in stock.

I can see why they wouldn't want to stock a Rochestors. Toooooo many variations of the same carb.

I like the Edebrocks, Very simple to take apart, clean up and rebuild. Not alot of parts, same with my Holley. Both very popular and has really not a lot of variations.

But that's just me.
