This seems odd to me.

There's only one huy on the SPEED forums claiming to have been contacred to do Season 3, and he declined... I don't think this is true. Bullrun is way to busy with the real rally right now to worry about season 3. Why would bullrun post that on Twitter though. I'm confused.

Agreed.  That sounds like a bunch of bullcrap.  No one has been contacted yet and if that 1 guy truly was asked, who the hell is turning that down.  Excuse me sir, would you like to be on tv and drive your car around and have a chance to win 200K.  No thanks, I'm too busy, CMON! I don't think anyone has been contacted...    I haven't but I can't get into my personal email, AT&T is down or something...

Just ask Aaron or Scott - if the picks are out, they'll likely be among the first contacted (along with a coupla others I can think of!) But I am reasonably sure they'd send out an email saying that the 1st round picks are being contacted - doubt they'd rely on twitter alone, cuz there are alota guys on on that.

Don't worry, I'll let you know when they get aholda me! (long as I'm allowed, any ways!)

Even if someone was picked, they wouldn't tell you, confidentiality contract. I remember when I couldn't talk.... no one had faith in the Dart getting on :-)

I think Elvis has a lot more than just a basement. I think his whole house except for the bathroom and pantry, is decked out.

I really think your going to know when the picks are out.  Some of the usuals are going to stop logging on and go into "hiding".  I know I would have a hard time keeping it in.  Plus, it's going to get out, maybe not on this site, but we will hear about it.  you guys are just getting too anxious, the picks will come, be patient.(I get tired of seeing these "THEY STARTED PICKING" threads.  My heart drops everytime because I didn't get contacted!!)

Twitter is bull!@#$ as well as other user posted sites, you want the real deal, they will announce it via email, post it up on here, as well as on speed's website......dont listen to all of the other crap, for all you know it is viper playing a joke on people

I kinda really hope they let everyone know - something like a blanket announcement email what says "if you are reading this, than you can watch the contestants we picked on SPEED". The only vacation I've had in two and a half years was spent in the hospital, and wasn't exactly what you might call "relaxing". NEED VACATION ....

... of course, getting to drive all around the states while in a rally with a buncha really cool guys would be a pretty good way to spend my vacation! SO NOT opposed to that!
