Nice car and welcome. I'll always be a fan of vettes. Owned a few myself (C4 and older), but one day I'll get my hands on a C6 Z06 or ZR1!

My dad's cousin was on the list for the  09 ZR1 but passed away before he was able to get it...I think his wife still has his name on the list though.  He had an 07 Z06 and a ZR1 from the 90's but i cant remember what year...they are all really nice cars 

 I just can't see spending that kind of money on the ZR1 unless i was just filthy rich.  It's an awesome car for sure, but buy an 06, 07 Z06, put a blower on it, big brake package and Phadt coil-overs and you've got a superior performing car for 40 grand less.

I was thinking the same thing.  This guy was a vette head though, he also had a 65 that he was restoring but it never got finished.  At his funeral they had his casket under a corvette flag.  Now that I think about it he had one from every generation but C3.

dang....and a 90s zr-1  thats a pretty sweet sounding collection.
