The event is a multistage challenge:

Domestic vs. Import
Trophies for:

Top Trap - Drags
Top Time - Drags
Top Time - Autocross
Top Time - Slalom

The several class based trophies (you get put into a selected class based on mods you have) | That is determined when you sign up, points added for modifications.

Classes Top Gun (really setup, can switch drivers, can have R-Compounds), A,B,C,D,E,F | Kinda like Forza rules. You may have a Class C car, but mods put you in Class A

I filled out the app...  I dunno wtf class I am in.. it didn't tell me.. and I can't find anything.

Looks like Im going to be "E" Class (2004 Impala SS is F class)

you start as class "C", and every 20 points you accumulate bumps you up 1 class... plus ot looks like you start w/ +7 pts, so if i understand, this if you have 13pts worth of mods you're a "B", 20 more, you're an "A"...

I realize I'm not very smart..but where do u see what your base class would be..or can you tell me what it would be for a 6 cyl, 3 speed base camaro with a rice wing on the back???..By the way..I est. 41 points over..profile is a little confusing..but its either 41 or 141 depending on how you look at it..

Yea it took me a while.  I am class D  with points that put me in C. 

When you click on the register link, at the top of the window, there is a login link.. very inconspicious... 

Log in with your Email/password.. and scroll to the bottom, it will have your points down there... then goto the RULES found in the forums.. under FAQ and look for your car... Make model, and year..   add the points on top of the class.. I think its like 25 points between classes or some !@#$.

I was there last year as a spectator, it was a pretty interesting group of people there. I *think* I would have won my class, but I'm not 100%. My friend almost won his class with a stock 02 GT with a 100 shot. But he had an issue on his sfinal run and lost by a few tenths to a........honda.

Where is the info on points? I would auto-x the vee, but normally with these types a rules, a purpose built gets screwed. The stang cant hook enough for drag. might do the show though, just not a lot in the way of info on there.

101 for the stang, and its not a radically upgraded car like team camaro. We just upgraded as we restored.

The formula car is confusing, since it was made to spec from scratch it would only have a couple of points added since it came from the builder like this. Dunno how they would view that (its street legal too, gotta love laxed MS rules).
